Naples has miles of shimmering beaches, lapped by the gentle waves of the Gulf of Mexico. The beaches along this coast regularly feature as the best in the world for quality of sand, stunning scenery and year round swimming. So share your picnic with the ducks at Lowdermilk park. Or have a bar-b-que at Delnor-Wiggins, an unspoilt beach where you can see a number of endangered species, including loggerhead turtles.

Seeing the Sights
Naples is unusual in Florida in that it has a distinctive and beautiful town center, with a special ambience conducive to strolling and dining.
Take a walk on Naples pier at sunset, our most famous landmark. Historic Palm Cottage will give you a sense of Old Florida. And if you take a trolley tour around town, you get to see all the sights, including glimpses into the lives of the rich and famous!
Strolling down the Mediterranean style 5th Ave is a popular pastime in Naples. So take a walk, have a coffee or a cocktail and relax - you're on vacation!
From one of a kind shopping on 5th Ave to the big brand names at the mall, Naples caters to all tastes and all budgets. The Village on Venetian Bay and the Waterside Shops have a shopping ambience that is uniquely Naples. There is also excellent outlet shopping nearby.
Tin City, an atmospheric collection of old wooden shacks on the bay, is also very popular for shopping and dining.
